residential real estate law services

The Parker Law Office provides a wide array of residential real estate law services for both the Buyer and Seller. The law of real property can be complex and hard to understand, but we help break it down in easy-to-understand terms, as well as explain your rights and responsibilities along the way. Because we focus on Real Estate Law, you can be assured we keep abreast of all legal changes in the law and advise you of any changes that might affect your transaction.
Since we are process-driven, we are able to help you navigate the hurdles of real estate transactions smoothly. We are often told by agents and lenders that we identify title issues earlier than other offices which helps make reaching closing a smoother process.
We service a large area and have performed residential work in the following counties: Nash, Edgecombe, Wilson, Pitt, Wake, Franklin, Martin, Bertie, Halifax, Northampton, Gates, Vance, Carteret, Durham, Beaufort, Warren, Sampson, Wayne, and Cumberland.
