Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one of our highest priorities. We respect your right to keep your personal information confidential and understand your desire to avoid unwanted solicitations. With recent changes in regulations, including those from the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, our firm continues to adhere to professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law. We hope that by taking a few minutes to read our policy, you will have a better understanding of what we do with the information you provide to us and how we keep it private and secure.

Types of Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect

We collect certain personal information about you but only when that information is provided by you or is obtained by us with your authorization. We use that information to perform the work for which you have engaged us, primarily related to the closing of real estate transactions that we perform at your request. Example of sources from which we collect information include:

·         Conferences, interviews and phone calls with you,

·         Letters or emails with you,

·         Loan documentation,

·         Information provided to us by your agent or lender via fax, email, writing or by phone conversation, and

·         Payoff statements.

Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our practice except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures may include providing information to our employees, or, in limited situations, to unrelated third parties we subcontract with who need that information to assist us in representing you. In all situations, we stress the confidential nature of the information being shared.

Protecting the Confidentiality and Security of Client’s Information

We retain records relating to our professional services to better serve your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to protect your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.

Thank your for allowing us to represent you. We value your business and are committed to protecting your privacy. We hope you view our firm as your most trusted advisor. Please call us if you have any questions or if we can be of further service.
